Parking

In Arlington

Parking at the Cathedral of St. Thomas More is plentiful. Those who arrive on the Arlington side can park in the cathedral lot.

In Washington

There is no parking lot at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle. For those arriving directly here, parking options are limited to paid street spots and paid garages next to and across the street from the cathedral.

Returning to Arlington

Shuttles from the Washington cathedral back to the Arlington cathedral will be available at 11:30 a.m. via Reston Limousine. Please consider making a donation to help defray the cost.

Additionally, there will be a number of cars pre-parked on the Washington side that will serve as shuttles back to the Arlington cathedral at the conclusion of the pilgrimage.

As another alternative, the Farragut North Metro Station is a short walk (less than a quarter mile) from the Washington cathedral. From there, the Orange and Silver Lines run to the Virginia Square–GMU Metro Station near the Arlington cathedral (slightly over a mile walk).
